Please read these Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully before placing an order with Camper King USA. By placing an order through camperkingusa.com, by phone, by email, or in person, you agree to the terms below.

  1. General Terms

Camper King USA sells Jeep hardtops, automotive hardtops, accessories, and related products and services. Product descriptions, photos, prices, availability, production times, and shipping estimates may change without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to display product information accurately, but minor variations in color, finish, texture, hardware, fitment, and appearance may occur. Photos may show optional accessories, vehicles, or installed examples that are not included unless specifically stated.

  1. Product Fitment and Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product for their vehicle. Before ordering, please confirm your vehicle year, make, model, body style, trim, and any relevant modifications.

Camper King USA may help with fitment questions, but final confirmation of compatibility is the customer’s responsibility unless we provide a written confirmation for the specific order.

Vehicle modifications, aftermarket accessories, prior repairs, body damage, roll cages, racks, lift kits, custom bumpers, non-original body panels, or other changes may affect fitment.

  1. Orders and Payment

Orders may require full payment at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment must be received and cleared before production, pickup, shipment, or transfer of possession.

Prices do not include taxes, shipping, freight, customs, duties, installation, or other fees unless clearly stated.

Camper King USA may refuse, cancel, or refund an order if there is a pricing error, product listing error, suspected fraud, product unavailability, shipping issue, or other reasonable business reason.

  1. Custom, Made-to-Order, and Special-Order Products

Many hardtops and related products may be manufactured, finished, configured, or prepared for a specific customer order. Custom, made-to-order, special-order, painted, modified, discounted, clearance, and final-sale items may not be cancellable, returnable, or refundable unless Camper King USA agrees in writing or unless required by law.

  1. Production Times and Delivery Estimates

Any production, pickup, shipping, or delivery dates are estimates only. Delays may occur due to production scheduling, materials, labor, weather, freight carriers, customs, vehicle fitment questions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Camper King USA is not responsible for incidental or consequential losses caused by production or shipping delays, including lost time, missed trips, missed appointments, rental costs, installation costs, business losses, or other indirect damages.

  1. Shipping, Freight, and Delivery

Large hardtops and automotive products may ship by freight carrier, common carrier, local delivery, or customer pickup. Shipping costs, freight charges, liftgate fees, residential delivery fees, storage fees, redelivery fees, address correction fees, and related charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address, phone number, delivery contact, and receiving availability.

If a shipment is redirected, refused, returned, stored, or redelivered because of customer error or unavailability, additional costs may be charged to the customer.

  1. Freight Damage and Inspection

Please inspect all shipments carefully before signing for delivery. If there is visible damage, missing items, crushed packaging, punctures, or signs of mishandling, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing and take clear photos of the packaging and product.

Damage claims should be reported to Camper King USA as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage, packaging, shipping label, and delivery paperwork.

Failure to inspect, photograph, or report damage promptly may limit our ability to help with a freight claim, replacement, repair, or refund.

Minor cosmetic marks, surface scuffs, packaging marks, or small imperfections that do not affect product function may not qualify as freight damage.

  1. Pickup and Storage

If an order is held for pickup, the customer must pick it up within the agreed time period. Products left unclaimed for an extended period may be subject to storage fees, handling fees, or cancellation after reasonable notice.

  1. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to [email protected].

If an order has not entered production, preparation, painting, special ordering, packaging, or shipping, Camper King USA may approve cancellation and refund the order.

If an order has already entered production, preparation, painting, special ordering, packaging, or shipping, cancellation may be denied or may be subject to cancellation fees, restocking fees, labor charges, materials charges, payment processing fees, shipping costs, and other costs already incurred.

Custom, made-to-order, special-order, painted, modified, discounted, clearance, and final-sale products may be non-cancellable once the order is accepted.

  1. Returns and Exchanges

Return or exchange requests must be approved in writing before any item is sent back. Products returned without written authorization or RMA approval may be refused.

Standard stocked parts and accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery when approved in writing by Camper King USA. Approved returns must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, undamaged, complete, and packed safely in original or equivalent packaging with all supplied parts, accessories, and documentation.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless Camper King USA agrees otherwise in writing or unless required by law. Original shipping, freight, residential delivery, liftgate, storage, redelivery, payment-processing, and similar charges are not refundable unless required by law.

Approved returns may be subject to inspection, a 25% restocking fee, repair costs, repackaging costs, missing-part costs, freight charges, and other costs already incurred.

Custom, made-to-order, special-order, painted, modified, installed, used, damaged, discounted, clearance, final-sale, and large freight hardtop items are not automatically returnable or refundable unless Camper King USA approves the return in writing or unless required by law.

  1. Installation

Unless installation is specifically included in writing, product prices do not include installation. Installation should be performed carefully by qualified persons using appropriate tools, hardware, and safety practices.

Camper King USA is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, over-tightening, incorrect hardware, modifications, neglect, accidents, or failure to follow instructions.

  1. Warranty

Camper King USA products may include a limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship for a stated warranty period, if provided with the product or order.

Warranty coverage does not include normal wear and tear, installation labor, removal labor, shipping costs, freight costs, cosmetic wear, misuse, abuse, accidents, vehicle modifications, improper installation, improper storage, unauthorized repairs, altered products, or damage caused by carriers, weather, impact, chemicals, road conditions, or third-party accessories.

Warranty remedies may be limited to repair, replacement, replacement parts, or other remedy determined by Camper King USA after inspection.

If a product is made by a third-party manufacturer, warranty coverage may be limited to the manufacturer’s warranty.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Camper King USA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of use, lost profits, lost trips, vehicle downtime, installation labor, removal labor, rental costs, or other indirect losses.

Camper King USA’s maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product or service giving rise to the claim, unless a different limit is required by law.

  1. Website Information

We try to keep website information accurate, but errors may occur. We may correct errors, update product information, change pricing, modify availability, or cancel orders affected by errors.

  1. Privacy

Use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in a court or forum with proper jurisdiction in California unless otherwise required by law.

  1. Changes to These Terms

Camper King USA may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The terms posted at the time of purchase will generally apply to that order unless otherwise required by law.
